Built for what is coming
The EU Digital Product Passport regulation means products sold in Europe will carry structured data about origin, materials, sustainability credentials and end-of-life options. For textiles, the delegated act is expected no earlier than 2027, with compliance following around eighteen months after that. The clock is already running: ESPR comes into full application on 19 July 2026.
Brands are going to spend money assembling this data whether they like it or not. Most will bury it in a PDF or a compliance portal. TalkPod turns that regulatory requirement into something customers can interact with.
